Netflix says in talks with potential partners in Belgium
BRUSSELS (Reuters) - U.S. video streaming service Netflix said on Friday it was in talks with cable and telecoms groups to distribute its content in Belgium as it launched its on-demand service in the country.
SAP buys expenses software maker Concur for $7.3 billion
FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Germany's SAP has agreed to buy U.S. expenses software maker Concur for $7.3 billion in cash, strengthening its position in cloud computing but sending its shares down almost 3 percent on concern over the price.
SoftBank COO says no plan to invest in messaging app Line
TOKYO (Reuters) - SoftBank Corp has no plans to invest in messaging application Line Corp, Ken Miyauchi, chief operating officer of Japan's No. 3 mobile carrier, told reporters on Friday.
Vivendi, Telefonica seal $9.3 billion Brazilian broadband deal
PARIS/MADRID (Reuters) - French media group Vivendi has finalised an agreement to sell its Brazilian broadband business GVT to Spain's Telefonica for cash and shares worth around 7.2 billion euros ($9.29 billion), the companies announced on Friday.
Siemens to offer $6.1 billion for Dresser Rand: magazine
FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Germany's Siemens plans to offer more than $6.1 billion, or $80 per share, for U.S. compressor and turbine maker Dresser-Rand , Germany's Manager Magazin said on Friday.
Hyatt Hotels to sell 38 hotels as franchises for about $590 million
(Reuters) - Hyatt Hotels Corp said it will sell as franchises 38 select service hotels to a company organized by Lone Star Funds for about $590 million.

Arkema offers Total $2.2 billion for Blu-Tack maker Bostik
PARIS/LONDON (Reuters) - French chemicals group Arkema has offered to buy oil major Total's adhesives business Bostik, which makes Blu-Tack, for 1.74 billion euros ($2.24 billion).
Chinese auto rental company CAR Inc soars 28 percent in HK debut
HONG KONG (Reuters) - Shares in China's largest auto rental company CAR Inc surged as much as 28 percent in their Hong Kong trading debut on Friday as investors scrambled for exposure to a market expected to almost double to $11 billion by 2018.
Mitsubishi Motors signs MOU with Fiat to develop pick-up truck
TOKYO (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Motors Corp and Fiat Group Automobile said on Friday they have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a possible deal under which the Japanese automaker would develop and manufacture a mid-sized pickup truck for Fiat.
